1 Agreement & Scope of Services
Welcome to SanitizeAI ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our website, web application, APIs, or services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.
SanitizeAI provides advanced digital media metadata stripping, invisible SynthID watermark destruction, visual watermark inpainting, C2PA digital manifest removal, and AI text artifact sanitization privacy tools. The Service allows creators, developers, and organizations to protect their digital privacy and strip synthetic origin tags from their media.
2 User Ownership & Intellectual Property
You retain 100% ownership and all intellectual property rights in and to any images, videos, audio files, texts, or documents you submit, upload, or process through the Service ("User Content").
SanitizeAI claims no ownership, copyright, or licensing interest over your User Content. We do not use your content to train machine learning models, nor do we disclose, sell, or monetize your processed media.
3 Subscription Plans & Billing
SanitizeAI offers both free trial quota and recurring paid subscription plans:
- Free Trial: Quota of 5 text sanitizations, 3 image cleans, and 2 clean video container rebuilds.
- Starter Plan ($5/mo): Unlimited image & text cleans. Cleaned images feature a discreet SanitizeAI watermark; original logos are preserved. Video cleaning is disabled.
- Creator Pro ($9/mo): Unlimited image, video, and text cleans with 0 watermarks and full logo inpainting.
- Agency & API Plan ($29/mo): Unlimited processing, dedicated REST API key, batch mode, and priority 24/7 server queue.
Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time with zero penalty through your account settings.
4 Permissible Use & Conduct
You agree to use SanitizeAI exclusively for lawful purposes. You agree not to use the Service to:
- Infringe upon the valid copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights of third parties without proper authorization.
- Process illicit, defamatory, abusive, or harmful material.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, overload, or compromise the infrastructure of our APIs or servers.
5 Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While SanitizeAI employs state-of-the-art spectral and metadata destruction algorithms, we make no guarantees that every proprietary or future watermark schema will be completely eradicated under all conditions. In no event shall SanitizeAI be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the Service.
